Body Form
A Body form is a three-dimensional model of the torso used for fitting clothing that is being designed or sewed. When making a piece of clothing, it can be put on the body form so one can see the fit and drape of the garment as it would appear on a body, and make adjustments or alterations. Body forms come in all sizes and shapes for almost every article of clothing that can be made. This is standard clothing sizes are used to make patterns, while adjustable body forms allow garments to be tailored to fit a specific individual.

- Removable Shoulders – the shoulders snap into place (and can be removed) quite easily through our unique magnetic shoulder cap system (a useful feature for tight fitting clothing).
- Linen Cover – beautiful, elegant, and durable, our linen cover can hold up to quite a bit of pinning abuse
- Heavy Duty Base – the cast iron base ensures the ultimate stability for your form
- Available in sizes 0-24 – some sizes do occasionally go out of stock for a few weeks. If the size you are interested in does not show up in the ‘size’ drop down below, please let us know and we can add your email to the waiting list.
